چکیده
In order to study the metadynamic recrystallization behavior of 34CrNi3MoV steel, a double-pass isothermal compression experiment and single-pass thermal interval were designed conducted obtain stress–strain curves under different deformation conditions explore action law parameters during process. The softening rate was calculated by compensation method, grain size in region measured. Based on obtained data, effects temperature (T), time (t), strain (ε˙) steel analyzed. results show that increasing temperature, extending time, are all beneficial improvement fine uniform new grains can be high rate. However, high-temperature conditions, mixed crystallization easily occur, which is not conducive refinement. true data experimental size, relevant model for established using mathematical analysis regression equations. average relative error AARE between constructed dynamic 6.48% 1.30%, respectively. This indicates has predictability.

متن کاملDynamic recrystallization behavior and processing map of the Cu–Cr–Zr–Nd alloy
Hot deformation behavior of the Cu-Cr-Zr-Nd alloy was studied by hot compressive tests in the temperature range of 650-950 °C and the strain rate range of 0.001-10 s(-1) using Gleeble-1500D thermo-mechanical simulator. The results showed that the flow stress is strongly dependent on the deformation temperature and the strain rate. With the increase of temperature or the decrease of strain rate,...
متن کاملThe Role of Alloying Elements on the Crevice Corrosion Behavior of Ni-Cr-Mo Alloys
The roles of the alloying elements Mo, Cr, and W in resisting crevice corrosion of UNS N06022, UNS N06625, and UNS N10362 have been studied under galvanostatic conditions in 5 mol/L NaCl at 150°C. Corrosion damage patterns were investigated using surface analytical techniques such as scanning electron microscopy and optical imaging, and the corrosion products characterized by energy dispersive ...

The presented paper studies the effect of the casting technology on the corrosion resistance of Co-Cr-Mo alloy. The investigations were conducted on a commercial alloy with the brand name ARGELOY N.P SPECIAL (Co-Cr-Mo) produced by Argen as well as the same alloy melted and cast by the lost wax casting method performed by a dental technician. The corrosion behavior of the dental alloys in an art...
